SHIPPING AND DELIVERY POLICY

www.choomantarr.com is committed to deliver your order with good quality packaging within given time frame. We ship throughout the week, except Sunday & Public holidays. To ensure that your order reaches you in good condition, in the shortest span of time, we ship through reputed courier agencies only. If there is no courier service available in your area, we will ship your items via Government Registered Bookpost or Speedpost except COD orders.

Shipping Policies:

DOMESTIC SHIPPING- 

  1. Prepaid Shipping charges anywhere within India is INR 125 irrespective of the number of Items bought and COD is INR 175 irrespective of the number of items bought.
  2. We do free Shipping when your purchase is above INR 3500. 
  3. If in Stock, Orders are dispatched within 4 working days or as per the delivery date specified by you at the time of placing the order.
  4. For Customization we take 8 to 10 working days to ship out.
  5. Most orders are delivered within 7 to 8 working days.
  6. Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order.
  7. Our prices are all inclusive. GST is included with the listed prices except Octroi/customs, if applicable in your region. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING -

  1. Shipping charge is INR 2500 for 1 Kg, anywhere in the world irrespective of the number of items picked. No COD shipment applicable.
  2. Any custom taxes/charges have to be borne by the customer.
  3. Our Delivery partner is DTDC.
  4. We don’t have any Transit insurance.
  5. If in Stock, Orders are dispatched within 4 working days or as per the delivery date specified by you at the time of placing the order.
  6. For Customization we take 8 to 10 working days to ship out.
  7. Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order. In case of modifications, kindly drop us a mail within 2-3 hours

What if the product is received in damaged condition?

If you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. Also, please call or message our customer care at +91 93242 89903 or email us at contactus@choomantarr.com mentioning your Order ID. We will personally ensure that a brand new replacement is issued to you with no additional cost. Please make sure that the original product tag and packing is intact when you send us the product back.
